Scope
This notice covers browsing veneziahostlab.com and requests for information about analysis, optimisation and management through the guided form, email and WhatsApp. This site does not offer online purchases, payments, accounts or shopping carts.
Personal data and sources
We may process your name and contact details, professional role, property information and content you choose to send us, including requests referred by an agency or professional firm. Hosting systems may process technical connection data, IP addresses and logs needed for operation and security. With your consent, analytics and advertising tools may collect usage, device, page and contact-interaction data.
How the form works
The form composes a WhatsApp message in your browser: its fields are not submitted to or stored on this site’s servers. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message. We receive the data only when you choose to send them through the external service. Email links open your email application; you also decide whether to send.

Email and WhatsApp clicks and form use may be measured as contact intent: they do not prove that a request has been received. Personal form fields are not sent to analytics tools. Recipients and external services
We use providers for hosting and security (Cloudflare), email (Google/Gmail), messaging (WhatsApp) and, with consent, analytics and advertising measurement (Google). They may process data under their respective roles and privacy notices. Airbnb listing links lead to an external service; this site does not embed new third-party content or reviews. We do not sell personal data or share request details with agencies or managers without an appropriate basis and, where necessary, your authorisation.
Retention and security
We retain communications and assignment data for as long as needed to manage the request, professional relationship and applicable obligations, then delete or anonymise them when no longer needed. Retention depends on the relationship and legal requirements. We apply measures appropriate to the context, but cannot guarantee absolute security of Internet communications.
International transfers
Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or other safeguards recognised by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses. You may request further information using the contact details above.
Rights and complaints
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
